Dry Creek Linear Trail is an unknown gem , a little oasis in our urban landscape! Join us to look for interesting birds, learn about the unique history of the site, and other interesting things along Dry Creek. Two bird guides will help us look for birds along the way.
We will walk along Dry Creek Linear Park through Walkley Heights, until we reach the old blacksmiths shop ruins. It will be an easy, flat, walk for about an hour and a half on a gravel path. Expect a few stops for bird spotting and to discuss the biodiversity of the creekline.
This is a family event. All children must be accompanied by an adult. If you have binoculars please bring them along!
