Botanical Geli printing on Calico bags
Join us at the spectacular Port Noarlunga Beach, for a messy, fun, playfully contagious and engaging art workshop, creating mono prints using a 'geli' plate, printing from flowers, leaves, seaweed & more onto a Calico bag.
The 'Gelatine plate', is rolled with acrylic paint, and using flowers, leaves, weeds, seaweed, shells, stencils, stamps and assorted ephemera, imprinted into the paint, to create a one off print.
Once you start playing with the geli prints, the effects and results are irresistibly contagious!
This style of art making is very freeing and spontaneous, there is no need for perfection and mistakes are encouraged and welcomed.
Prints can be used as gift cards. wrapping paper, art journal pages or to print on calico bags
All art materials supplied, including a calico bag
Please wear appropriate 'art making' clothes
All ages welcome, children under 12 with Adult supervision.
