Forest bathing, or being in the presence of trees, is a Japanese practice known as ‘shinrin-yoku’ that has been proven to boost the immune system, decrease stress, and lower blood pressure.
Spending time deeply immersed in nature, also allows us to feel a close connection with the natural world which inspires a desire for conservation.
Our resident nature therapist, Deborah, runs Escapegoat’s 2.5-hour forest bathing session. Deborah will guide you through this therapeutic experience, helping you to relax and connect with the natural world via mindfulness, slow walking, grounding, and embracing your different senses.
Book your guided forest bathing session to immerse yourself in nature and experience deep rest, calm and connection. If you’re looking for something more energetic, check out our MTB tours and day trips from Adelaide.
