Our current food system places an incredible strain on the environment and the animals we share this planet with. Eating whole plant foods significantly reduces our impact on the environment and is one of the biggest changes we can make to reduce our carbon footprint.
In this hands-on cooking class we will demonstrate how shifting to a plant-based diet can be easy, nourishing and invigorating. While we cook, we will discuss the benefits of eating more whole plant foods and how this can have immense benefits for the environment.
The dishes created during the class will be shared at an intimate, long table feast to allow conversation and connection between like-minded people.
