This art exhibition is a temporary shrine, love song, poem, call it what you will, to a river. The body of work is created from found natural and synthetic materials, collected from the Port -Yartapuulti River shoreline, then woven, dyed, constructed, into textile and installation art works:
standing at the shoreline of a river and I find myself asking: hey ma, if we were to gather the parts of you - salt and heavy metal - driftwood and plastic - seaweed and wattle bush - what would we hold? - and instead of answering - she holds my feet - that are bound in boots - but her water makes its way thru them, easy - and I let her soak in and share some story.

The exhibition is being held in the courtyard of the Port Adelaide Information Center, which is open to the public 10am-5pm.
