A Pisky is a Cornish Pixie and part of the folklore of the early settlers and miners of Kapunda. Piskies are said to bring good luck, despite being a little michevious.
FREE Kapunda Cornish Pisky packs are available from the Kapunda Visitor Information Centre and include a trail map of the locations where the pint sized peaky capped figures maybe hiding, along with fun activities and information sheets to learn more about Kapunda and its attractions.
This fun activity has been developed and designed for any age and is family friendly, teaches people more about Kapunda and the things to see and do outdoors. It is a perfect free activity for the whole family to do, all you need is to pack a picnic.
Collect your Pisky Pack from the Kapunda Visitor Information Centre (51-53 Main Street, Kapunda) during these hours:
Monday and Thursday 9am - 6pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 9am - 1pm
