Join us for a hike through Adelaide's stunning foothills, then enjoy a gentle yoga practice before we return.
After a 2-3km hike, adventurers will find a stunning secret spot for yoga with a view!
Participants will need to bring a backpack with a water bottle & towel or yoga mat.
We will then return along a 2-3km path back to the start point
