Come and experience the sensory garden of Urrbrae House and activate the senses, the language of the body. There are many delights to be experienced if you stop, pause and explore the felt sense of moment by moment awareness. Smell the flowers, listen to the wind, touch the trees and taste the tangy herbs.
Enjoy a contemplative walk in the labyrinth. Labyrinths are said to provide a resolve to unanswered questions by way of the heart. Open to new perceptions and discover how to enliven and deepen experience through this mindful walk.
Session involves a guided nature meditation and contemplative walk through the labyrinth.
We will meet at the rotunda next to the rose garden at 9.50am.
Drive in off Fullarton Rd (If coming from the city, turn immediately left after Cross Rd). Follow the road until you reach a car park on the left. Walk towards Urrbrae House. Beyond the wide expanse of lawn, vear right towards the rotunda.
Bring a chair as there is limited seating.
