By the end of this workshop your child will learn about layering in compost, why organic materials break down, why compost is important, and they will have their own mini compost to take home and watch as it slowly breaks down.
Please note children will need to be supervised by an adult
NOTE: Children should bring a clear 2 L plastic drinks bottle, some fresh fruit and vegetable peelings (not citrus or onion skin) and used coffee grounds or a teabag.
