Join Trees For Life field staff as they share with you the sights and sounds of the beautiful Beaumont Common.
The Common is a delightful urban park full of local plants and an abundance of birdlife; it's a chance to breathe in fresh air and enjoy the rewards of spring. The Common is also home to many original woodland trees including two magnificent trees listed on the National Trust Significant Tree Register.
The walk is slow-paced and suitable for children and most fitness levels. There may be some walking on an uneven track surface so supportive footwear is important. Please wear clothes suited to the weather.
Bring a hat, binoculars if you own a pair (optional) and lots of curiosity.
Healthy snacks are provided.
This walk is part of the Nature in the Suburbs series with funding support from Burnside Village.
