If you've been to one of Just Eat Plants events for The Nature Festival previously you will know that by choosing to eat a more plant-centric diet can have a massive impact on the planet, reduce our environmental footprint while benefiting our health! But sometimes we don't want to give up our favourite foods! Good news: we don't need to.
Learn the art of creating a simple spelt pizza base, and yes there will be a gluten-free option! We'll also teach you how to whip up a mind-blowing, plant-based mozzarella, make a succulent tomato sugo and create some 'meaty' mushroom-based toppings.
The class will be intimate and there will be plenty of opportunities to learn the elements of a great plant-based pizza and to create your own. We'll all finally sit down to a long table pizza-feast. Did I mention dessert pizza?
