Plant Therapy in the Port offers a unique opportunity to explore self-care through the lens of plant care and mindful connection...
This workshop is designed to show attendees how to engage in mindful activities that involve plants in different ways to cultivate a sense of well-being and increased happiness. Participants will have the chance to propagate a plant, crafting their own "Be the Light Bulb," and also create an essential oil roller that promotes grounding and facilitates daily mindful moments through scent.
The workshop will be led by two Adelaide creatives, Jessica Gray from Be The Light Australia and Kyrie Kohlhagen from Kindred Self. Together, they will guide participants through the various activities, providing insights into the healing potential of plant-related practices.
The workshop is set within Jennifer Eadie's "Gathering the parts of the River" art installation, enhancing the connection between nature and creativity.
