Adelaide’s finest supermarkets has partnered with Guest Chef Rebecca Stonor of Just Eat Plants and KESAB to curate a Zero Waste, plant based dinner to show us how we can green up our diets and help cut down on food waste.
Talk to our passionate farmer and hear his tales of forage and preparing his land for flavour, nourishment and sustainability. Learn new ways you can creatively repurpose and reuse leftover food and take home savvy recipe ideas from Food Educator and Cooking Instructor Rebecca Stonor who will also prepare a delicious 3 course banquet to share.
Price includes a three-course shared platters vegan dinner, a welcome drink on arrival , demo and talks by Guest Chef and our farmer, facilitated by Sarah Bruns from KESAB.
