Suitable for all ages, 0-99.
Hutt Bay Wetland Reserve is situated immediately to the west of the (SA Water managed) Finger Point water treatment plant. It is a little under 160 hectares (or roughly 400 acres) in size, and includes extensive areas of coastal wetland, complemented by dry-land tea-tree woodland and coastal dune scrub which adjoins Hutt Bay.
Join Jess and Rose for a fun morning discovering what water bugs, tadpoles and frogs live in the wetland.
Bring rubber boots and weather appropriate clothing, water and snacks.
This event is supported by the Coast Protection Board through the Coastal Community Participation Grant.
