The world around us is always communicating. Ecosomatics allows the wisdom of the more than human world to guide dynamic and symbiotic relationship between humans & nature.
The world is only just starting to catch on about the importance of embodiment to support wellbeing. Ecosomatic Practice goes even deeper through exploring how embodiment is breaking ground with new ways of communicating with the natural world. The natural world has always had communication infastructures. This is a brave new way to learn how to develop relationships with specific places in nature through sensing, feeling and moving. Attuning through the physical body as a way of deep listening to place. Ecosomatics develops a deep connection with the living world, supporting humans to develop kinesthetic relations that impact the way we care for Earth.
As part of the Nature Festival SA, This workshop is for people interested in moving, dancing, somatics, deep listening and being outdoors as well as those curious about relating to nature through embodied practice.
