Nature is the ultimate creative studio. Sticks become paintbrushes, leaves become canvases, seeds become the starting point for something beautiful.
Set on Kaurna Country, this session invites you to explore the natural world through your senses, notice its hidden treasures, and use what you find as inspiration and material for creative play and art-making, guided by a nature-based occupational therapist.
Every piece of art made in and with nature plants a seed of creativity, curiosity, and connection, one that keeps growing long after the session ends.
All ages welcome. Children, young people, and adults alike will leave having felt the benefits of connecting with nature for their health and wellbeing.
