Seeds of Wonder: Family Nature Play
Join us in Belair National Park for a morning of family nature play — where wonder grows and seeds of connection are planted that last a lifetime.
Seeds are planted everywhere in nature — a child turning over a log, bare feet on cool earth, a family pausing to watch a spider spin its web.
Set on Kaurna Country, this relaxed, playful session invites families to simply be in nature together, guided by a nature-based occupational therapist and designed to spark curiosity, support sensory wellbeing, and deepen connection between children, families, and the natural world. Activities are based on noticing through our eight senses, a gentle way to slow down and tune into the world around us.
Every time a child plays freely in nature, a seed is planted, of wonder, of stewardship, of lifelong love for the natural world. That's exactly what Play Naturally OT is here to grow.
Children of all ages are welcome, and families will leave having felt the benefits of connecting with nature for their health and wellbeing.
