This year, Nature Festival’s theme is Flow — from the powerful surging of tides to the subtle shifts of seasons, from creative flow to political waves, from the steady winding of rivers to the swaying of bodies in dance. We’re exploring what it means to move in relationship with the world around and within us.
Our Herbal Tea Blending Workshop offers a unique way to experience this flow - through guided mindfulness, sensory exploration, and the gentle art of blending botanicals. We'll pause, tune into our senses, and connect with the plants in front of us - a beautiful invitation into the flow state. The knowledge shared about herbs and botanicals creates ripple effects that continue long after the workshop ends.
This hands-on workshop is for anyone curious about herbs, tea rituals, or simply wanting to slow down and sip with intention.
You’ll be guided in creating your own custom herbal tea blend by:

Together, we’ll explore the healing properties of common herbs and blend our very own custom herbal tea suited to our needs — as well as how to create your own nourishing tea ritual at home.
