A connection to nature is central to both human health and wellbeing as well as the health of the planet. This workshop will begin with information about the science and theory of nature connection, followed by opportunities for personal and group reflection and goal setting for strengthening your connection with nature. Participants will then have the opportunity to take part in a hands-on bushcare activity with the Friends of Belair National Park, helping to care for the environment adjacent to the workshop setting.
