Join garden designer, educator and biodiversity expert Monina Gilbey for Paint and Sow, a creative and educational workshop presented as part of Nature Festival.
The session will begin with a presentation on growing seedlings, with practical tips to help support healthy plant growth at home. Participants will then design and paint their own terracotta pot before planting an edible seed bowl using seedlings. Pots and seedlings are provided.
This hands-on workshop is a relaxed way to learn more about growing edible plants, biodiversity and the important role seeds play in healthy gardens and food systems. At the end of the session, participants will take home their decorated pot and edible seed bowl to continue growing.
