Join us for a restorative journey through the beautiful landscapes of Woodhouse Adventure Park, where nature becomes both your guide and your teacher.
Through gentle, guided nature connection invitations, you'll be encouraged to slow your pace, awaken your senses and experience the wellbeing that comes from being fully present in the natural world.
As you wander through towering trees, open spaces and quiet bushland, you'll be invited to notice what draws your attention, reflect on what is unfolding within you, and explore the subtle wisdom that nature so generously offers. There is no right or wrong way to experience this walk, only an invitation to be curious, present and open.
Throughout the morning, you'll pause for creative nature journalling, using simple reflective prompts to capture your observations, thoughts and moments of gratitude. Whether you enjoy writing, sketching or simply sitting in quiet contemplation, this is your opportunity to listen deeply to both nature and yourself.
Inspired by this year's Nature Festival theme, Seed, we'll reflect on the small intentions, acts of kindness and moments of courage that shape our lives and communities. Together, we'll consider the seeds we are planting today and how, with care and patience, they can flourish into something meaningful.
We'll conclude with a calming seasonal tea ceremony in nature, a chance to pause, connect with others (or simply enjoy a moment of peaceful solitude), and savour the experience before returning to everyday life.
Leave feeling calmer, grounded and inspired, carrying with you not only memories of a beautiful morning in nature, but simple practices and a personal seed of intention to nurture long after the walk has ended.
