Sharing seed stories and sorting seeds, to help us collectively remember to tend what matters.
Come listen to several Seed Stories which through their placement in critical moments of history, bring significant lessons for our present day challenges. Together, we will remember the art of oral storytelling, as well as hopefully lighting the fire for WHY it is so important that we steward seeds in these times.
Then there will be space for a more open discussion and knowledge sharing, as we busy our hands and still our minds with relearning the skill of seed sorting. With baskets in laps, this will be a time for questions on the practicalities and HOW of it all, as well as questioning the systems that have disconnected us from this vital practice which connects us with our food cycles and earth.
