Gather with us whether you write or not - our workshop offers you a process to inspire words - and ideas.
This 3 hour experience offers a sequential movement through practises and principles of Nature Therapy offering you writing time with gentle prompts and invitations deepening the opportunity to meaningfully and authentically connect with yourself and our earth, finding words along the way.
Allow the ideas and words to flow freely - whether it's to write for health, healing or catharsis, or pure creativity and idea exploration, this workshop offers time and space and no pressure to write - at all.
A journal (to take home) is provided - bring your favourite pen/pencils and something comfy to sit on (a blanket or yoga mat is ideal).
Tea and light refreshments are provided before our workshop concludes.
