Join Woodhouse Wellbeing Coordinator Megan Collins and Local artist Sonya Mellor for a restorative 3 hour guided nature connection walk, followed by community mandala making at Woodhouse Adventure Park.
Through mindful invitations, sensory awareness and quiet reflection, you'll deepen your relationship with the natural world before co-creating a community mandala using fallen natural materials gathered along the way.
Inspired by this year's Nature Festival theme, Seed, we'll reflect on the small seeds we plant every day, acts of kindness, curiosity, connection and care, and how they can grow into flourishing individuals, communities and ecosystems.
