In response to Nature Festival’s 2026 theme, Seed, Jessica Curtis of In Search of the Divine is curating ‘The Seed of Life’, a group art exhibition exploring the sacred seed as a universal symbol of creation, renewal and connection.
Across cultures, spiritual traditions and mythologies, the seed represents infinite potential: a tiny form containing the possibility of life, growth and transformation. Through painting, mixed media, photography, drawing, textiles, and natural mediums participating artists will explore sacred geometry, ancient stories, cycles of nature, ancestry, regeneration and the relationship between humanity, the Earth and the cosmos.
The exhibition invites reflection on what we choose to plant in the world through our actions, relationships and ideas. At a time of environmental, social and global transformation, ‘The Seed of Life’ considers how creativity can nurture hope, responsibility and connection. It celebrates the seed not only as a biological source of life, but also as a symbol of consciousness, shared potential and our capacity to shape a more positive, connected and sustainable future.
