OSCA is a multi-year funded, South Australian artist led organisation dedicated to the development, creation, and role of contemporary art in public spaces. Under the guiding principle of Art for Everyone, Everywhere, OSCA generates an expansive program of far reaching and artistically ambitious temporary site-based participatory art projects in city, urban and regional locations.
