Join our Kaurna guide for an immersive bushwalking experience through the Onkaparinga River Recreation Park. Learn about traditional plant uses, ancient trade routes, and local Dreaming stories – each continues to hold great importance to the Kaurna people today. Discover colonial impacts on the area as we pass by farmhouse ruins, and see the recent revegetation of sheoak and eucalyptus trees. The walk includes a live demonstration of traditional spear making, using materials native to the site and the flow of ancient knowledge through generations.
