This event is a celebration of quiet joy:
We invite you to join a small group for a curated event that nourishes the whole human. It includes tea ceremony, art and meditation opportunities, lemon footbaths and more...
Don't worry if one or more of these isn't for you as this is your opportunity to choose from different spaces and different activities on offer and move past others. It is a personal journey where you make the choices of what nourishes you.
To sit in the flow without distraction, devices, busyness and obligation. To be held safely and warmly amongst the stringybark on Peramangk Country.
To allow nature: fire, water, earth and air to move around you, quiet your tensions and fill your cup, to slow, to feel, to rest, to stretch, to reach, to be restored by the flow of nature.
We will care for people with gentle warmth and connection and they will leave not only feeling nourished but with reflections on how to maintain the flow of self care and quiet within their lives moving forwards.
Come nourish your wellbeing and join a small group for this celebration of quiet joy.
***What to bring
