Seed of Life is a co-created, intentional gathering inspired by the simple beauty of village way. Just as a seed holds the potential for growth, this gathering is about planting seeds of connection, belonging, resilience and hope. With the Earth at the forefront, we come together to slow down, share meals, learn, create and celebrate in community.
In a time when many people feel isolated, disconnected from nature and longing for genuine community, Seed of Life offers a space to remember another way of living….one rooted in reciprocity, collaboration and care. through music, workshops, storytelling, shared skills and meaningful conversations, we nurture connections that continue to grow long after the gathering.
Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to share their skills, gifts, wisdom and passions, recognising that we all have something valuable to contribute. Together, we celebrate regenerative living, community sufficiency, the beautiful simplicity and the wisdom and healing that emerges when we gather with this intention, cultivating hope, belonging and a way of living harmoniously with each other and the earth
What to Expect 🌱
Seed of Life is an intentional gathering set at a beautiful beachside campsite on Kangaroo Island.
This is a communal camping experience, so you’ll need to bring your own tent, bedding, camping gear and everything you need to be comfortable for your stay.
The gathering will have a gentle, intentional rhythm — with time to slow down, connect with nature, share food, meet new people and simply be together.
There will be opportunities for those attending to share their own gifts, skills, passions or knowledge if they feel called to. This could be anything from music, yoga, storytelling, bush skills, creative practices, children’s activities, workshops or something completely unique to you.
We’ll also share communal meals, creating space to come together around the fire, share food and connect.
There will be plenty of space for children to explore, adults to unwind, and everyone to contribute in their own way.
Come with an open heart, a willingness to participate, and a sense of curiosity about what we can create together. 🌿
Facilities 🚿
The campsite has some basic shared facilities to make your stay comfortable:
* Hot showers — available for a gold coin donation
* Toilets — shared campsite facilities
* Covered camp kitchen — with BBQ facilities, cooking space and communal seating
Please bring your own camping equipment, food preparation items and anything else you need for your stay.
