An afternoon mini retreat for all of us in need of soulful nourishment.
Underneath the enduring centuries old cathedral ceiling of Mintaro’s Blacksmiths Shop, we will embody ancient practices of breathwork, yin yoga and yoga nidra to nurture and embrace all the possibilities ahead of us at this time.
This event will honour the deep seeds of winter that have readied themselves within us for a new start in the rebirth of spring. This is an invitation to awaken our own new beginnings, bring in a fresh new start with the energy of the Spring Equinox that permeates Nature around us. Gather with likeminded souls in a sacred space to honour the seeds of life's precious time to begin again.
Held in the 1858 State Heritage listed 'Blacksmiths Shop' on Ngadjuri Country. The reclamation of this impressive pioneer building of Mintaro stone, slate, hardwoods, forged iron and steel, provides a breathtaking amphitheatre for healing.
