Conservation Council of SA and Australian West Papua Association (SA)
The Conservation Council of South Australia
The state’s peak environmental body, representing over 60 member groups and more than 90,000 people. Since 1971, it's been the voice for nature in SA, working to protect, restore, and conserve our unique environment and promote a truly sustainable future. CCSA advocate for strong environmental policies, engage the community, and hold decision-makers to account, all without political affiliation. At our core, we are a passionate movement of people united by a love for South Australia's natural places.

The Australian West Papua Association of South Australia
A South Australian non-government organisation formed in 2000 and incorporated in 2003. We support the West Papuan people's right to self-determination, a right denied since Indonesia's occupation in 1961. Through public education, events, guest speakers, and advocacy, we raise awareness of West Papua's history and ongoing human rights and environmental issues, and we actively engage with governments and institutions to support this region's struggle for autonomy.
