Join Amandine for a free Yoga in the Park session. We’ll gather in the gentle spring light, move with the breath, and let the morning sun guide us into a slower, steadier rhythm. For 45 minutes, it’s just you, the earth beneath your feet, and the chance to begin the day with presence instead of rushing into schedules and screens.
This practice is open to everyone - whether yoga is new to you or already part of your life.
Come as you are, bring a water bottle, a mat or a towel and any props you might need.
Leave with a little more clarity, calm, and connection to the earth.
