Join Tarntanya/Adelaide based artist Laura Wills and Gawler Environment Centre for a river themed making workshop at the beautiful Dead Man's Pass Reserve in Gawler. Suitable for primary school aged children and their adults.
Set on the banks of the South Para River, this creative outdoor session invites children to make nature-inspired artwork while exploring the unique ecosystems around them. The reserve is home to an amazing variety of flora and fauna, all dependent, like us, on healthy river systems. Make a microbat, sketch a diamond fire tail finch, or etch an echidna! Make a native seed ball containing a wish for the river and all who depend on it.
