OSCA is a multi-year funded, culturally diverse South Australian artist led organisation dedicated to the development, creation, and role of contemporary art in public spaces. Our annual program of self-directed and commissioned works are made in collaboration with a diversity of emerging and established, local and regional First Nations and Australian artists, to create profound community responsive arts and cultural outcomes.
