The 'Bounceback' program is celebrating 30 years in 2022. The program has been integral to threatened species recovery, native species reintroduction and landscape recovery across national parks and private properties across the Flinders, Olary, Gammon and Gawler Ranges. Within Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park, the program has seen a 10-fold recovery of yellow-footed rock wallaby population in the and the re-introduction of western quolls and brush-tailed possums.
Join local park rangers for an evening stroll along Wilpena Creek and look for some of the animals that call Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park home.
