Wild Wellness: Yoga & Fitness in Nature for over 60s

Join us for outdoor fitness and soothing yoga practice. Connect with nature, and rejuvenate your mind and body. Coffee and tea provided.

Reconnect with nature and revitalise your body and mind with our refreshing fitness session followed by a soothing yoga practice, all set amidst the tranquil greenery of Mellor Park. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of lush trees as you exercise, then relax with coffee and tea at the Lockleys Community Room. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat! This event is exclusively for those aged 60 and over.
